Fantastic Achievement at our Campion Studio
The bright and talented students in the Year 12 and 13 Creative Technology groups at Campion School have just completed the work for their final creative project – and the finished results are something they should be very proud of.
As part of their course the group attended sessions at Hybrid Arts’s creative technology studio at the school. This is a continued successful collaboration with this dynamic secondary school, where we have had studios installed for six years. This relationship has gone from strength to strength and we have been able to bring our brand of creative learning to more students. In partnership with a school with the vision to apply creative technology to bring out the best in all their students. The current cohort have produced a very high standard of work which is both individual and expressive, and demonstrates technical maturity. The group will come away with A’s and B’s and their hard work sets these students in good stead for their career development.
The specialist creative arts and technology training we supply is working on the premise that we can’t know what jobs young people will be training for in 20 years time – but we can be certain they will be based on manipulation of ICT. This puts the Hybrid training model on the map nationally.

Over the summer we will be developing exciting plans to provide a new series of opportunities for young people to experience creative technology outside of the training studio, and apply these skills to real life situations.
The student’s progression is looking very positive – virtually all of the group want to go to university and gain degrees in subjects ranging from international business, advertising and games development to animation and 2D and 3D design. When quizzed abut their aspirations for the future, we learned about plans to forge careers in technology, computer graphics and gaming.
