Hybrid Arts have established a European presence and have worked on digital media projects with new and emerging communities and economic migrants.

In 2003 European Social Fund money was granted to Hybrid Arts to deliver increased employment training to a minority community. We developed a training programme in Creative Technology to the Portuguese community in Leamington Spa, which has grown in the last five years from just 25 people to 4,000, made up almost exclusively of economic migrants who were an invisible and disengaged community within the town. In 2005 Hybrid Arts were commissioned by the Learning and Skills Development Agency to create a project that blended technology, creativity and communication as part of the year for European Citizenship. Please visit Cinco5Cinco
