The Transversal programme supports education and training organisations in the areas of policy, languages, ICT and dissemination. ECOTEC is responsible for a programme of Study Visits designed to share best practice in education across Europe. People from all areas of education and training take part, including those working in government, local authorities, schools, and the voluntary sector.

Transversal is part of the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme, and members of Hybrid Arts have benefited from the programme.
